We’re hiring a full-time Program Manager to lead our educational programming in Central, Eastern, and Northern Maine. This is a unique remote-hybrid position that offers a mix of flexibility working from a home office and the opportunity to travel the state. Title: Program Manager - Central & Northern Maine
Area: Maine
Reports to: Vice President
Status: Full-Time, Salaried

Primary Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:
• Lead all daily operations of program recruitment, implementation, retention, data management, and evaluation.
• Manage program growth and expansion through effective communication with program stakeholders, classroom monitoring, exceptional customer service, and sharing of evaluation tools.
• Strategize and lead recruitment and retention efforts of all program stakeholder groups.
• Oversee logistics of program presentation in a variety of delivery models.
• Provide training and orientation for all program stakeholders (face to face, phone, email, etc.) to include new programs and updates to existing programs.
• Data entry, including all program related information, management, and maintenance of constituent records.
• Assist with yearly fundraising events including golf tournament, volunteer recognition events, Hall of Fame events, Titan Challenge, etc.

Qualifications (required)

What We’re Looking For:
• Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in project management or volunteer coordination
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel the state of Maine
• Passion for improving the lives of young people through education and opportunity
